After nine years as a strategy, organisation and management consultant, Florian Licari took the plunge and joined Seiya Consulting in January 2024 to specialise in hydrogen and work on his core subjects, linked to energy transition.

Over the course of his career, he has worked with major companies, government departments and local authorities to help them define their strategy and support their transformation.

As a result, he has developed recognised expertise in the fields of energy, transport and infrastructure, specialising in the greening of vehicle fleets and the decarbonisation of industrial sites.

Today, for example, he is working on the deployment of alternative fuels on key freight transport routes and on the pre-sizing of greener industrial units.

Lastly, he has solid experience in leading and training groups, having already led a number of training courses, notably on project management.
