Having worked in a university environment, Sophie Collong has taught courses, seminars and practical work on operational safety at the Université Technologique Belfort Montbéliard (UTBM).

She holds a doctorate in Hydrogen Systems Safety and was a lecturer between 2016 and 2022. She then pursued her career in the private sector, passing on her skills to private-sector players in the hydrogen industry.

Since 2021, she has been a lecturer in the MSH2 specialised master’s programme at UTBM.
